TC의 목적은 LAC의 장기 전략 설계를 알리기 위한 과학적 근거의 구축을 계속하는 것이다. 이 프로젝트는 디파탄화 경로 LAC 프로젝트(DDPLAC)의 두 번째 반복이다. DDPLAC는 지역 학계와 싱크탱크가 수치모델을 활용해 LAC의 장기배출감소 전략 설계를 알릴 수 있는 역량 구축을 목표로 하고 있다.
